$129 Divorce No Children

$179 Divorce With Children (full custody)

$199 Divorce With Children (joint custody)

Mediation Services**

$75 Per Hour (2-hour Minimum)

Notary Services

$5 Per Signature plus

travel/after hours fees, if applicable

Runner/Filing Fee

(We can file the initial papers for you - Rogers Co. only)

$75 plus applicable court filing fees
